While you (the "User") use the services to be offered on our platform, you are bound by the conditions listed below, by continuing to use the service on the site; You are deemed to have accepted that you have the right, authority and legal capacity to sign a contract in accordance with the law, that you are over the age of 18, that you have read and understood this contract and that you are bound by the terms written in the contract.


This agreement imposes rights and responsibilities on Meetgate and users related to the platform subject to the contract. When the parties accept this contract, they accept and declare that they will fulfill the said rights and obligations in full, correct, timely and within the conditions requested in the contract.




a. Meetgate reserves the right to change prices and services at all times.


b. Meetgate acknowledges and promises that members will benefit from the services subject to the contract, provided that technical malfunctions are excluded.


c. The user agrees that they will not reverse engineer the site or take any action to find or obtain the source code of the site. The user also accepts that he / she will be liable for damages arising from third parties and legal and criminal proceedings will be taken against him / her if he / she acts contrary to the above mentioned situations.


D. The user accepts and undertakes that he / she will not produce content that is against the rules of general ethics and rules of ethics, law, harm to personal rights, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, anti-copyright, encouraging illegal activities in any part of the site or while communicating in the site. does. Otherwise, the user is entirely responsible for the damage that may occur, and in this case, Meetgate authorities; reserves the right to suspend and terminate the accounts in question and to initiate legal action against the user. For this reason, it reserves the right to share information in line with information requests regarding activity or user accounts from judicial authorities.

2. Intellectual Property Rights


2.1. All proprietary or unregistered intellectual property rights such as title, brand, patent, logo, design, information and method on the Meetgate platform belong to Meetgate and their protection is carried out by national and international law. Visiting Meetgate or using Meetgate services does not cause any rights or concessions regarding such intellectual property rights.


2.2. The information on the Meetgate platform may not be reproduced, published, copied, presented and / or transmitted in any way. Any details about Meetgate may never be used on another website without permission.



3. Confidential Information


3.1. Meetgate will not disclose users' personal information to third parties. Information defined as personal information is as follows: Name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address. Said information will be briefly referred to as "Confidential Information".



3.2. User; It accepts and declares that the company that owns Meetgate has given its consent to share its communication, portfolio status and personal information with its affiliates or group companies, limited to its use in the context of marketing activities such as promotion, advertising, campaign, promotion, announcement. Such personal information can be processed under the roof of the company in order to determine the customer profile, to create discounts and campaigns suitable for the customer profile, and to conduct statistical studies about them.


3.3. Confidential Information can only be disclosed to official authorities if duly requested by official institutions and in accordance with the provisions of the mandatory legislation in force.


4. Registration and Security


The user must provide correct, complete and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement will be deemed to have been violated and the account may be closed without informing the User.


The user is responsible for the password and account security on the site and third party sites. Otherwise, the Company cannot be held responsible for data loss and security breaches or damage to hardware and devices.


5. Force Majeure


Not under the control of Meetgate and users; If the contractual obligations due to reasons such as natural disasters, fire, explosions, civil wars, wars, riots, popular movements, declaration of mobilization, strikes, lockouts and epidemics, infrastructure and internet malfunctions, power outages, the parties are responsible for this period. deemed to have disappeared within the time. During this period, the contractual rights and responsibilities of Meetgate and users are suspended.


6. Entire Agreement and Applicability


If one of the terms of the contract is partially or completely invalid, the other part of the contract continues to be valid.


7. Amendments to the Contract


Meetgate reserves the right to partially or completely change the services offered on the platform and the terms of the contract at any time. Changes will be valid from the date they are published on the platform. It is the users' responsibility to follow the changes. The user is deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to benefit from the services provided.


8. Notification


All notifications to be sent to the parties related to the contract will be made via the known e-mail address of Meetgate and the e-mail address specified by the user in the membership form. Users; It accepts that the address they notified while becoming a member is a valid notification address. If this address changes, it accepts and declares that it will notify the other party in writing within 7 days of the change, otherwise the notifications to be made to this address will be deemed valid.


9. Evidence Agreement


In all disputes that may arise between Meetgate and users for contractual transactions, the books, records and documents of Meetgate and users and computer records and fax records are accepted as evidence in accordance with the relevant laws. The user agrees and declares that he will not object to these records.


10. Dispute Resolution


(Name of the court) is authorized to resolve any dispute arising from the implementation or interpretation of the Agreement.
